Paddle Fresh is a 100 mL cleaner and deodorizing spray for pickleball paddles, with an aqua scent. Use it as shown on the label and in our How to Use guide. If you are unsure about your paddle's material, test on a small area first.

Prices and promos may change at any time without notice. The prices shown on this website are always the current ones, and the price you checked out with is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price was posted by mistake, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Shipping fees and delivery time

Delivery
Fees are per order.
Our courier partners: LBC, J&T Express, or Flash Express.
We pack your order within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed (for COD, after you order).
Cash on Delivery
Pay the rider when your order arrives. Please prepare the exact amount if you can.
Tracking
When available, we’ll send your tracking details by [SMS / email / Messenger].
Address and failed delivery
Please double-check your address and mobile number. If a package is returned because of a wrong address or because no one received it, re-shipping fees may apply.
Receiving your order
Please record a video while opening your package. You’ll need it if the item arrived leaking or damaged. See our Refund / Replacement Policy.

We want every bottle to reach you in perfect condition.
Leaking or damaged on arrival
Record a video while opening the sealed package, so it’s clear the item was already leaking or damaged before you received it.
Send us the video within [48 hours] after delivery, with your name and order details.
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a new bottle at no extra cost, including shipping.
Wrong or missing items
Follow the same steps with your unboxing video, and we’ll send what’s missing or correct.
Refunds
If we can’t send a replacement (for example, out of stock), we’ll give you a full refund for the affected item within [7 business days] after approval. Refunds go to your original payment method, or to GCash or Maya for Cash on Delivery orders.
Not covered
Claims without an unboxing video, or sent after [48 hours].
Bottles that were already used, or damaged after delivery.
Change of mind.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
